Frequently asked questions

  • After pay is offered as a payment plan option. It is completely secure, all you have to do is click that option at checkout and it will redirect you. Once after pay has approved you, it will redirect you back.

  • New hats drop every sunday at noon mountain time! If any hats are available for purchase, they are located in the shop.

  • All sales are final. ALTHOUGH some unforeseeable issues may arise. IF A HAT IS ACCPETED FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE (on a case by case basis) IT MUST BE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL BOX WITH THE INVOICE. No make-up marks, free of odor, and No pet hair. Once the hat is returned in satisfactory condition, a refund/exchange will be issued.

  • If you have questions on sizing, you can always message me! However, it is your responsibility to measure and make sure you are confident in the size you are ordering. If you have purchase the smallest size available, and the hat is still to big, you can always get a hat adjuster.

  • BEB is not responsible for wrong addresses, so please ensure the shipping address is correct. No refunds or store credit will be given if the correct address is not provided.

  • If your box appears to be damaged upon arrival, please take photos before opening the package, and then continue to document as you open. If the item inside appears to also be damaged, please email bebrims@gmail.com with the pictures so the product can be evaluated and we can resolve the issue.

  • If you are local or in town, a pick up can be arranged.

  • Stainless steel is used for all clasps and ear posts.
